“ AVOID unless dealing in store Thought I’d be safe dealing with a well known company. Awful process from start to finish. Missed delivery timescale (4 days in a row) awful customer service (lies, failed callbacks and no one interested in owning an issue) honestly never had an experience like it and lots of other companies out there that offer much better value and actually provide service if anything was to go wrong. AVOID ”

“ Wish I’d read these sooner. Ordered a club next day delivery for a birthday 3 days later. Birthday gone and still no sign of it. Reason for ordering from them - next day delivery! From these reviews it sounds like they are mis-selling their service. ”
