AVOID unless dealing in store Thought I’d be safe dealing with a well known company. Awful process from start to finish. Missed delivery timescale (4 days in a row) awful customer service (lies, failed callbacks and no one interested in owning an issue) honestly never had an experience like it and lots of other companies out there that offer much better value and actually provide service if anything was to go wrong. Wish I’d read these sooner. Ordered a club next day delivery for a birthday 3 days later. Birthday gone and still no sign of it. Reason for ordering from them - next day delivery! From these reviews it sounds like they are mis-selling their service.

Ordered on 4 December. Still not received a confirmation or delivery but as others have said the money has been taken. Have only received an email to say how busy they are. Very disappointing service.

However if you use EVRI for your next day delivery service (AG) then I am not surprised your customer service is over-whelmed.

Horrendous service! bought an in-stock club and paid for next-day delivery (within American Golf's next-day cut-off times). The club never arrived. Automated email back saying out of stock, on the evening of the day it was meant to arrive. However, is still showing in stock on the website. THIS COMPANY HAS GONE TO THE DOGS!

To echo the reviews here, very bad service. Ordered two putters online & paid for on a Friday. Full Ordered cancelled on a Monday while I have to wait on €700 + refund for another 5 days with a cryptic reason given for cancellation . Very poor service .

Still waiting for my Grandsons golf clubs, ordered just after Christmas 27th. Promised 3-4 weeks, Now been waiting 10 weeks! Customer service, absolute rubbish. Don’t want apologies, just want my Grandsons clubs🤬

Worst customer service/ communication from any company I have ever dealt with, ordered some golf balls on Dec 19th and paid for next day delivery as they were a Xmas present.
