Hi I have just ordered a set of Taylormade golf clubs today , within 2 hours of order I found the same clubs plus golf bag for 200 pound cheaper , I rang American golf to cancel the order and they have said that I’m not allowed to cancel the order because I went into the shop , even though the order hasnt even been processed yet, they said I can’t have a refund because I went in store to buy even though It’s only been a few hours since the order , after quite a few debates and stressfull conversations with American golf they have told me to wait till i get my order and then bring the clubs to store and they will give me a refund out of ‘good will’ . I have read there returns policy and it says aslong as I don’t receive the order I can cancel within 14 days , am I being tricked into waiting for my order then when I receive it , not able to return them because the ‘good will’ refund gesture was only by mouth , anyone had anything happen like this ?? Also the club are not custom fit they are just a normal order
