Argos did not make me happy at all My birthday was on the 10th of September, and as a surprise, my daughter arranged for a special delivery of a refrigerator for my present.

Brilliant customer service delivery driver could not do enough other companies had not been able to deliver settee said space too awkward Steve and mate no problem lifted settee up put in place within 5 minutes needed bed settee as son coming to stay after major cancer operation was so stressed they made everything so simple took a big weight of my shoulders canf praise them enough

Also received messages 2 days before the delivery saying I would get 2 hour delivery window the day before the scheduled delivery which I never received, however at 7.

Excellent service Argos staff were courteous and very helpful in dealing and solving my problem, both in store and telephone. There delivery and collection service was also excellent.

Hatty assisted myself and my daughter as our delivery for our fridge freezer had been changed, as my daughter needed it ASAP, hatty helped to solve the problem and an earlier date had been arranged.Hatty was so patient and helpful an asset to the Taunton branch..

Two fantastic delivery drivers named Gary and Rodney who delivered our washing machine today! Extremely professional and polite who made sure everything was up and running. Two thumbs up!

ORDERED A NEW OVEN, WHICH I HAVE NOT ACTUALLY UNPACKED YET, BUT THE DELIVERY DRIVERS NOT ONLY CARRIED IT UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS FOR ME, THEY WERE POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL INDEED
