my daughter has a faulty hotpoint ff - it is two months old. Hotpoint took two weeks to come out, the part was put on order - told it would be two days. Told the following day 35 days. Phoned Argos again, told she could have a new one, five days. Told the following day 35 days! not acceptable. She was then told to pick something of the same value, she did, only to be told it was on sale for one day only and then wasn't the same price. Without a ff for five weeks now and no sign of parts or new ff - I phoned and was told they would pick up the hotpoint ff and refund. Hotpoint would call today (within 24 hrs) to arrange collection. We ordered a new ff from somewhere else to be delivered on Thursday. Phoned today as we hadn't had confirmation of hotpoint pick up, there was no collection or refund arranged. Sarah in customer service cancelled it. Very disappointing service, £80 ruined food, no ff for five weeks plus, shambolic customer service. Could you help?????

Why can’t I change delivery address on line/ telephone day before delivery. Had to cancel sofa and 2 chairs, paid 1500. Customer service said could not change address as it is now processed. There was no way I could change address after I ordered before process. Why?

I ordered and paid for a present for my granddaughters birthday. iArgos did not say there was a delay when I ordered it. Really unhappy as got no present for her birthday I thought it would be delivered in time. Not good service really fed up about this. I know you do not care which is really sad but a sign of our times which I will take into consideration regarding anyone using Argos again as I was always previously happy with Argos. Sadly my comments will not change things but you should know.

Why haven't I been refunded for non-delivery before Christmas. I was promised compensation for two no-shows and having to take time of work TWICE to wait in for delivery. Much-needed Christmas present wasn't delivered and customer service didn't seem to care.

Why Argos issued a credit card few years ago and could not honour properly and was passed on to barclcays bank to run it properly .Argos send me another application form to apply so I did for laugh.weeks gone by and have not got a reply.Why Argos think they genius on handling any thing but in fact run by S......and I....they can handle any thing.Hoping you would answer the question truthfully.
