Was told the previous customer service rep didn't action it properly, and the new one I spoke to had done this and guaranteed it'll be with me and I won't need to call again.

Wish I could give no stars! Diabolical service and false advertising. The app said my item was available from the next day but once I ordered (and they had my money) the receipt said not available until next week. The chat service is pointless and they don’t refund for up to 7 days. They must make money just from the money they keep while waiting to refund you. Lesson learnt, never again.

That was way above the original charge which surprised me but customer service said even though they have left me with no means of cooking my only option was to order a new cooker and they could do nothing more.

- In person staff at click and collect don’t have any details of how to track orders, just a handheld device that says number and yes/no - the Phone customer service is just awful, you key in the order number dozens of times and it still doesn’t go through.

Tried to return faulty electrical item to Stockport Peel Centre, refused refund and terrible customer service, have informed trading standards and Argos CEO.

I had to call customer services to find out he didn’t want to deliver and apparently told me (he didn’t).
