“ its now Monday im on the phone to them they wont put me through too a manager and saying they are gonna investigate it further ive spoken to three different advisors since saturday and all they keep doing is repeating themselves and now the advisor called RON said the status is showing as delivered!!! I'm absolutely furious ive recieved no delivery and no refund and im now left with no money in my account to feed my children how is this fair . ”

“ As I did not receive the call I called customer services again and the agent said she will find out what time they can deliver the order again and put me on hold and when she came back on line I was informed that they can’t deliver my order and they will refund my money. ”
