“ Would rate lower if I could ,trying to contact someone located in the UK about on line shopping delivery that I was over charged for was impossible ,customer services for online delivery is located in India,and after phoning customer services numerous times and being passed to contact centre in south Africa I am still no closer to getting a refund ,worse custer service I have ever experienced ”

“ As I did not receive the call I called customer services again and the agent said she will find out what time they can deliver the order again and put me on hold and when she came back on line I was informed that they can’t deliver my order and they will refund my money. ”
