“ If I could give Asda no stars I would, I placed an order paying for an express delivery and didnt receive the order despite the app saying it had been delivered. Their own customer service tam told me on two separate calls it would arrive by third party delivery driver, guess what still no delivery and now ASDS are telling me they will not refund the mines either. Very Unhappy and will take this further. ”

They actually refused to refund goods despite the food use by dates being the stuff you see in the whoops discounted counter but they wanted full price!
