“Ordered hooped barriers that arrived nicely wrapped only to find the galvanised coating severely damaged by a file or grinder. Requests for return or refund totally ignored, so was a request for them to arrange collection. Items fabricated by 3rd party so address is different to BD. Manufacture said file was used to remove lumps and bumps is absolute rubbish. Legal recourse now through credit card company as courts too busy with Covid”

“Wanted to purchase a barrier around £100. Rang the sales number and put on hold for ages by a “sales person” if I can’t buy something what chance will I have with after sales. Also tried to order online and failed miserably.”
