“For the price of $229, this product is assanine and terrible for the use of working out or day-to-day leisure. I can say after having this product over 2 and a 1 years that this has been the worst product that I've ever bought in my life. And I can say that the apple wired earpods, are a lot more efficient, then the Bose ultra quiet earbuds. I noticed that after using them for more than 2 hours at a time, they would fall out of my ears after repeatedly cleaning them. The battery life diminished significantly. After a year, it was very difficult to have phone calls with the earbuds and use them as a mic. You would think with the price being high that they would be able to efficiently place a mic. Inside the earbuds, that way you can use them to communicate during a phone call. The sensitivity that the earbuds had was too much to wear. It ruined the quality and experience during workouts. I do not recommend this product at all for anyone that likes to work out or you listen for extensive period of times again. This is the worst product I've ever had. I will not return back as a customer”
“The sound quality of the Ultra Gen 2 is very good, but the brittle plastic material breaks easily. I bought a pair four months ago, and when I took them out of my ears, the ear pad snapped off suddenly, leaving the pad stuck inside my ear. Don't buy them—the older models are better. “2nd generation Bose Quit Comfort Ear Bud stability band lost. At this time, they have no replacements in stock in all of Canada! "Call back or maybe go to Walmart or Target to purchase," I was told. Funny. Target doesn't operate in Canada. Given Bose reputation for quality and the premium price paid for these buds you'd expect much better.”
