“Booked a flight with them for myself and my grandson to go and visit my daughter in Brisbane. Covid hit and whilst they gave information on what they were doing regarding these flights it stopped late July so I was forced to cancel the flights as both of us are clinically vulnerable. This was then treated as a cancellation so lost £300 per ticket. I complained to them that it was unfair as they gave no indication what they were doing regarding the pandemic and received no further response. Very poor customer service. As and when we can make this journey in the future they will not be considered for the flights.”
