“Called for a quick question at their website Store and adam, very pleasant representative in store gave us detailed answer, answered all the questions with deep knowledge of the products, took his time even though he saw that we are not ready to make a purchase right away. Will definitely come back to this store to get my new phone... Update!: And so I did and adam was still there for the rescue and I was so pleased with them.”

“The staff was so helpful and kind. They helped my sister figure out why her Chinese phone didn’t work with the data plan without forcing a sale. Best customer service I’ve had with cell2get. I highly recommend them, the staff was wonderful.”

“The representatives in this store are incredibly professional, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The store was great to navigate. There was no wait time when I was on the phone. I was helped immediately. They had the mobile phone I needed in stock. I left happy. Overall my personal experience with the service I received in this store was great.”

“Excellent customer service. Rep/Mobile Expert Benedicte was very friendly and attentive to my purpose for visiting. Marcus the manager also went out of his way to assist the process. They both coordinated a solution to my issues and did their best to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this specific company location to others.”

I never had such a easy, inexpensive and enjoyable time switching over my phone. the Sales reps there did such a amazing time working with all our needs and did a amazing job providing information over my phones that i was looking at. “I am a senior and quite frankly cannot tell an icloud from a rain cloud.I went to cell2get and could not have been happier with the staff and service.Extreme patience and clear explanations helped me to choose a phone and understand all the new ways to use it. Joell made sure I understood everything about the phone before I left the store. May I also say the managers were encouraging to allow me all the time I needed to feel comfortable with the new phone if I wanted to send it back. This was a great experience.”

“I had the most amazing experience at this website. I worked with a very kind gentleman named Axel. He was extremely professional and knows his business very well. He answered all my questions, he was patient, and he gave me the ultimate customer service experience. I myself work in customer service, so I can recognize when someone is going above and beyond to give their customer good service and axle stepped up and I left a very happy customer. I will be recommending Axel and cell2get to my close family and friends because of the excellent experience I just had. Five stars across the board!”

“I went into the store to purchase a new phone and was quickly greeted by Will. He suggested me different phones and talked specs... unfortunately the phone I wanted was not in stock but he helped me navigate around the website and was Super knowledgeable, friendly and straight to the point. Highly recommend you ask for him by name!”

“I've been here three times and they've always been extremely helpful. I even upgraded my phone recently and they were hassle free. They're open when they say they're open, which isn't always the case with these stores. This is definitely one of the best sites out there!”
