VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THE SUPERVISOR DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME HE TOLD ME I'M NOTHING AND HUNG UP ON ME

Cell2Get sent the right phone but accessories were missing or downgraded from what was advertised under "Product Features" of the phone I ordered. An email reply and a phone conversation both said, "too bad, we sell overstock items. Return it if you're not satisfied." The box was missing ANY and ALL paperwork, the little pin to open the SIM port, and the advertised high-speed adaptor promised as included in the purchase The adapter was a cheap foreign version with half the power of the one advertised on the Cell2Get page where I placed my order. When I checked the return policy, it said a 15% restock fee is charged for returns. SCAMMERS. This place will cheat you. NEVER AGAIN!!! Order at your own risk.

I have to be as honest as I can. This experience was of the worse. It literally took about a month for me to get my purchase. I know it was during the Christmas season but I ordered the overnight mailing option. It took about two weeks for my order to be dispatched from wherever it was mailed from and then another two weeks to get here. I called and got hung up on. I was so frustrated that I didn't even want to call back. I really thought I got scammed. The phone did arrive but I can't use it because it is a Verizon phone although it was advertised as an AT&T phone. I don't even want to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund. I'm using this as a stepping stone and I will not be doing business with this organization/company again. Lastly, I was shocked to receive an email asking me to give a review as if they went above and beyond. Not!

I'm very upset with the company, Very bad service when I paid for overnight express mailing and I received the phone in 3 weeks. Then I have a phone that doesn't download nothing. I waited my money on this phone. It did not have the Sony program in the phone. I have been told to be careful with this phone. i will ever buy a phone on this site again!!!!!! .

Your company is a piece of garbage. Ordered a Red Motorola flip. Got a used Silver one. Your company is nothing but a "Rip Off" organization. YOU SUCK

I have called your company trying to return the phone we purchased as I did not know it was going to be a used phone. Twice I have filled out the return request form and I never get a response. The gentleman I spoke with on the telephone told me there would be no problem returning the phone but I have yet to receive a return form.

Never again. Ordered a new unlocked LG G7. Paid for the 3 day shipping, received it about 2 weeks later. Came in a white box, found out later that means it is a refurbished phone, not new. Had numerous issues with the phone, takes 8 hours to charge (should be 2 hours), google assistant doesn't work unless you press a button, then press the microphone. I activated it with T-Mobile and I constantly get Sprint activation popups. The return refund policy is a joke (same packaging, never activated, no fingerprints, 15% restocking fee and shipping costs, etc...). Can't think of any product purchased there that could actually be returned using their refund policy. Would not recommend at all.

Worst experience buying a phone ever! Payed over 700$ for a phone and 2 day shipping and they never give me a tracking number... then 2 days later when it’s to be delivered is don’t come and I call and ask what’s up and they tell me my order was cancelled! They don’t have the phone in stock yet do on the website! So here I am with no phone a “cancelled” order and I’m out 700$ they are telling me they never took but they did my account shows it. Never order from this site, they don’t care about they’re customers at all and they will just steal your money and never pay you back!

I ordered an HTC Vive VR Headset from this company $300+. They shipped it with incorrect parts to operate which I ended up having to source on my own. The company did not reimburse me for this expense even though it was only $30. I ended up having to eat this expense on top of the purchase price of their equipment. Was very disappointed how they handled this situation. Cost me more time and money than it should of.

This company is a scam, the phones they sell on their website actually come from legitimate eBay sellers like me. This company charges you a fortune for phones they sell on their website but they actually source their phones from people like me who sell on eBay. How do I know? Because they sold a phone to a customer on their website for $150, when in reality they sourced the phone from me on eBay for only $50. And the kicker? This company then opened a fraudulent return request against me on eBay and returned the customers old broken phone back to me! Completely different serial number and with text message and call history still left in the device from dates that preceded the date they purchased the phone from me on eBay. I've tried emailing, texting, calling and messaging them via their website and on FB and they are completely avoiding me. Next step is to report mail fraud via USPS and the BBB, total scam. Save yourself some money and hassle and just buy a phone from elsewhere.

We ordered a phone and paid $48.17 for overnight delivery. The order was placed on 7/16/19. The status and email indicated it was shipped on 7/17/19. The USPS label shows it was shipped on 7/18/19 and was shipped 2-day priority mail. They refused to refund my full shipping for overnight delivery of $48.17 and was very nasty with me over the phone. I would not recommend them or will do business with them again especially if you want a phone quickly or good customer service.

I ordered from them a new black color cellphone and I received an white used cellphone. It was very scratched. And they had the nervs to tell me that if I return it I have to pay 20% restocking fee. Customer service let say, its just bad. They dont answer the phone. We could contact them only by email.

First they sent me the incorrect phones, which I had to send back and was never reimbursed for the shipping cost. Second, after three weeks, I received the phones that are supposed to be new...they are not new phone, they have scratches and missing items from the box(manual and tool). Very disappointed in Cell2Get and will never recommend or purchase from again.
