Terrible Terrible experience. Their sales agents are usually very good people, who do their job extremely well. The property managers however, oh dear god! I've moved from one property under Chase Evans' belt to another one of their properties. Everything was moving along fine. They act very quickly when it means taking money from someone. After I did all the check in process to the new property, I had to literally raise a dispute with My|deposits for my money back on the property I was before the new one (which is the same agency). They didn't reply to my e-mails anymore, didn't take my calls, nothing! As soon as mydeposits told me they would accept my dispute, Chase Evans proceeded to then call me 2 times per day and respond to my emails until everything was dealt with. Now I know where the "chase" bit from Chase Evans comes from, you literally have to chase them down 'til the last drop to get your deposit money back. The whole dispute issue and getting my deposit back took 3 months. Do not recommend them, and would suggest avoiding at any rate. You will have a hard time when you move out.

Worst agency ever. Never have I dealt with a more unreasonable agency, especially during a time like this when we are going through a pandemic. First of all, once we made an offer for the place which they have accepted, they have been very unfriendly and demanding. They required us to go to the office to show original copies of passport and even required my guarantor to show original copies of his passport or get it certified. I have never had another agency ask this of me before and they will not make any exceptions seeing as the guarantor is part of a vulnerable group. They have threatened to pull the contract/offer and put the house back on the market which is them just trying to use fear tactics. Its a shame because the flat was really nice, but it is not worth it, they have cause us so much unnecessary stress. After reading all the bad reviews, I regret choosing this agency and will never use them again. There are much better agencies with simpler processes and friendlier agents. Please do not use Chase Evans, they don’t deserve your money, take it to a better agency.

Worst letting experience ever. This agency will only take a holding deposit before you even try to make any kind of offer with the landlord. Also, the agent was extremely unfriendly, careless and inattentive in drafting out the contract. Foreseeing future problems in dealing with this agency, I quickly removed myself from any future negotiations before its too late. Do not waste your time and money with this agency no matter how nice the flat you are interested in.

First of all, they don't have professionalism. You ask them for viewing and they will say it is confirmed then they will say please wait for 5 mins and they will confirm if the viewing is still open or not (this is just before 5 mins of the viewing of a property) then again they make an excuse that please wait for 1 hr, and again 1 hr (at this moment me and my wife were waiting for almost 3 hrs just to get a confirmation from them). On top of this, they were rude. We also requested for another viewing they said we can't as our diary is full, they just completely ignored our diary and ignored even though asking politely for the viewing.

Salesperson Alexandre Chapalian is one the worst, rudest agent in E14. He got really upset after I didnt raise my offer and he started sending me insulting emails. I have never come across anyone like that before. Avoid them at any cost. They are overpricing their flats anyway.

We have been renting with Chase Evans for 18 months. They have left damp in the property without full remediation, they have not tended to the garden despite this being a promise on signing the tenancy, they failed to fix our broken washing machine for 6 weeks, one contractor they employed left a KNIFE in the bedroom (en-suite). Shocking and appalling.

My experience with Chase Evans is related to the service provided after the end of the tenancy. I have been a customer with Chase Evans for two years now, but I will no longer be one, neither would I suggest to my friends. The property agent I had to be in contact with this year, is Sarina Powell. Three months already since I checked out of the property and my deposit has not yet been returned, going beyond any timeline given in the contract. Added are the extra charges to the amount they want to hold. My calls have been ignored multiple times and the email replies are once in weeks (Still waiting for one btw). If this is the service offered to the customers from your staff and how the company represents itself, it is a disappointment.

Shahid Miah is a serial liar and very dishonest. Promised the world and delivered nothing and then ignored our calls and messages to correct the problems. If I could give a zero star I would. Do NOT deal with him. Absolute con man.

End of tenancy experience the worst i have ever experienced. Shikane was managing my end of tenancy and really is the most obstructive individual i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. My inventory was done the day after i vacated the property and despite multiple contacts she refused to release my deposit always quoting that the law allows them to hold it for up to 10 weeks. Deposit wasnt released until after i recruited a consultant to fight for the release of deposit who had to go direct to landlord. 9.5 weeks from end of tenancy to deposit being placed back in my bank account.

My wife took time out of her day to view a flat advertised by Chase Evans, only to find that the flat was not the same as the one advertised (different photographs and different price). When confronted, the agent, Shahid Miah, just made excuses about it not being his responsibility to check advertisements. And when my wife stated that she was not interested the flat view, Shahid left immediately, without apology.

been living in Canary Wharf for last 11 Years used many agents worst ever agent I have had from maintenance to check out tried to raise rent and told me its in contract when it was not never fixed anything charged twice a check out fee held deposit for over a month on inventory all faults like cracked chips on doors etc where already on the check in added to check out with more description and tried to bill me for it worst ever staff to deal with please do not use BE WARNED
