The tree arrived promptly and was larger than I was hoping for and in really good condition; it hadn't suffered in the post. I gave it a good watering and planted it, and it looks very healthy. A few days later I received an email asking if I was happy with the tree and if any further help or advice was needed, so I think it was really good service and I have an amazing new tree! ”
