“I want to warn everyone about this scam company. I was filling out a form on their website when I suddenly got a call from someone named "Gary." He offered to handle the form for me and asked for my personal information to book a test. I gave him my details, and he charged me £45 for the booking. Then he tried to pressure me into paying an additional £150 for another test, claiming it would give me access to a full Green CSCS card. I refused to pay the extra fee.
Afterward, I received a confirmation email with my name spelled incorrectly. When I called the company to fix this, no one answered. I finally reached Gary on Monday (my test was on Thursday), and he assured me it wasn’t a problem and said he would fix it after I completed the test.
Worried, I contacted CITB, who confirmed I would be refused entry to the test with the wrong name. When I called the company back, they insisted CITB was lying and that I could still take the exam. Spoiler alert: I was not allowed to take the test due to the name error.
When I asked for a refund, they refused to return my money. This company is a complete scam. Avoid them at all costs!”
“I was robbed of 60 odd pound over 9 months ago ..it was frustrating phoning getting put on hold passed to different people and very rude over the phone

I was given the £43 by Barclays Bank but please don’t use these idiots.
I have reported them to Trading Standards and I will continue to do everything I can to stop them and break down their scummy little lives.

Paid £65 for a CSCS card only for an Asian guy calling himself Garry to call me saying that I needed to complete a one-day health & safety course for £190 when the official price for these courses is £90. Realizing at this point that it was nothing but a scam I asked for a refund only for him to say I wasn't entitled to one & hanging up the phone shortly after. I emailed the company several times asking for a refund & eventually got two reply emails from two different people one saying I would need to pay £5 for a refund & the other saying I would need to pay £25 for a refund. Received an email a week later saying that I would be refunded within the next seven days & that if I didn't receive it after seven days to contact my bank. Severn days past still no refund, contacted them again only, yes you've guessed it the person on the phone hung up on me again. This company is now under the name of Peregrine Recruitment which is run by two Asian people in a house in London but they are still taking payments under the name & website of Construction Builder Support. I have reported them to both The Insolvency Service & Action Fraud however The Insolvency Service replied back to me basically saying that they weren't prepared to take the case on & I never heard back from Atioan Fraud, both are an absolute waste of space. All I can say is stay well clear of these people as they are nothing but daylight robbers.”

“Don't have anything to do with this company .paid £230 for course and test only for them to cancel course the next day,tried phoning to rearrange course date to no avail ,my advice is phone your bank and tell the them the details,they will recover any monies you paid them and it's up to the company to prove to the bank that they provided you with the service you paid for”
