The Costa shop kiosk at Hastings train station have extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very good service clean tables. Seem to be right on top of doing everything right . A great coffee experience.

Staff at Straiton, Edinburgh provide great customer service. They make my coffee to my specific request which is why I go there most days. Special shout out to Mo who is very welcoming & a great barista.

Costa Northam Canes lovely Laura Jackson tended to my husbands leg after he fell over outside on the pathway. She and her colleagues were very attentive and very professional doing the first aid. Amazing staff a real credit to Costa. Also service very slick
