I received my order from Cotton Traders on Thursday of this week.Very pleased with the product but very dissppointed that the dicount and free delivery were not deducted from my bill..Made my purchase considerably more than expected.

Why do you use Evri to deliver? They claimed to have been to mine but couldn't get an answer, it's a B____Y LIE. I have been sat outside with friends waiting for my delivery and the driver never came. God knows when I will get my delivery now. I will not use Cotton Traders again.

The items did not arrive the company uses Hermes. Tried twice. Still no delivery. I have been a customer for years and service quality has plummeted. Customer services is worse than useless. Will have to cancel my order and will delete them from my mailing list. If this is not resolved .

Was under the impression if you returned an item via Hermes you would not have to pay a fee also delivery charge would be refunded,instead it has cost me £6.95 to try a bra on absolutely disgusting, will never use company again most certainly will not be recommending it
