“ Although generally happy with Cotton Traders i just spent 75pound no free p&p 3.99 extra it was for 3x towel sets half price 25.00 not happy with them more like child size to add insult to injury have to pay to send them back don't think I'm going to order from them anymore also as someone else said takes ages for refund ”

“ Only buy occasionally from Cotton Traders online as closest store is over 40 miles away . Delivery is fine but big issues if return and refund needed. No free returns by post and refunds take an exceptionally long time to be received (often after several chasing messages & calls). Not good customer service. Makes me think twice before placing an order and will only order goods that know for sure will fit ”

“ Haven’t received refund yet 1 week later. Some snotty woman told me I had to wait 10 working days. Happy to take your money but reluctant to give it back. Absolute nonsense it takes 10 working days to get a refund. I’ve been refunded within 2 days from other companies. Bank also confirmed there is no need to wait 10 working days. Won’t be buying from them again. ”

“ When you place an order and then decide to cancel it , they make you wait an hour to phone back to “ cancel “ , and after the hour , the order has went through and processed already , then you have to beg for a refund which they try their best not to do , and if they do refund , they make you return the item back through evri and pay for the return . ”
