“Ordered some Uggs after seeing star rating, and then looked at the reviews and was a bit worried. However- item arrived within a few days. Was too small so I returned on Friday- it’s Tuesday today have just received refund. Excellent service, wouldn’t hesitate to order again.”

“I'm from the US and have ordered 3 different Belstaff jackets from them to try on. I was expecting it to take a month or so with shipping since it was coming from across the pond, but only took between 3 AND 5 DAYS for each delivery!!! I was absolutely amazed. Order was exactly what I wanted each time. Wonderful service. Their return system was very easy as well. Don't be fooled by these other reviews! I was very nervous reading them at first as I had never purchased anything through them before. Spectacular company.”

“Very quick delivery of some fantastic boots boot were too tight. Returned on a Monday and the money was back in my account by Thursday . VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE Will definitely be ordering again”

“Lieferung Schweiz problemlos. Alles regelrecht verlaufen, rasch nach dem Kauf Bestätigung erhalten, sogleich nach dem Versand Tracking sichtbar, Paket wurde mit der Post ausgeliefert, Zollgebühren mussten wie vorher angekündigt bezahlt werden. Zusammengefasst konkurrenzlos günstige Stutterheim erstanden. Negativ-Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehbar.”

“I found this website after I’d placed an order and became instantly worried the whole experience would be a nightmare. How wrong could I be! Order came the next day, I ordered 2 tops in 2 different sizes, once I’d decided I started the return process, this was straight forward, easy and free. I had regular contact with the courier with updates on my return I also had a few emails exchanges with customer services, again, quick to reply, helpful and courteous. Without even having to chase the money was back on my card within a few days. I cannot fault this company at all, the whole process was spot on. Will definitely use again.”

“I was hesitant about my order after I saw the reviews. My order arrived within five days of placing it and is exactly what I wanted. I had to send an email to the company in which I got a response within an hour of sending it. No problems and am satisfied with the order.”

“I searched for a ladies Belstaff item of clothing on several websites and shops but it was not available. However Country Attire had one. It was to be a Christmas present and fearing I wouldn't be able to find another one I purchased it in November 2021. Due to me catching covid over Christmas, I couldn't give it to my girlfriend until 3rd January 2022. Unfortunately the item was the wrong size, I contacted Country Attire 4th January, they arranged for the return of the item even though I had exceeded the 30 day return policy. No qualms or quibbles, so well done Country Attire, I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.”

“Just spoke to Greg who was extremely helpful and brilliant customer service after a pair of boots got delivered to france by accident (my error) and they have sent a replacement next day. it did take a while to get thorough on hold - but well worth it for that great customer service!”

“I also was worried about ordering a pair of shoes from Country Attire, after reading all the reviews. I’m happy to say I received them on time delivered to US. I think the majority of these negative reviews has to do with sizing and returns. My advice, triple check your UK sizing to your size.”

“Must admit I was a little concerned after reading all of the bad reviews but working in the service industry I know people are much more likely to complain than to offer praise. My items arrived quickly, as ordered without hassle. Duty 18% and tax 13% in Canada was bit higher than I expected but I should have checked that before ordering. Count me among the satisfied clients.”

“bought some Birkenstock’s about a week and a half ago and made the mistake of reading the reviews after I purchased them instead of before so was very anxious that they wouldn’t turn up & that I would loose my money but surely enough they arrived this morning”

“Was super worried about purchasing from Country Attire based on the bad reviews, however, couldn't have been a better experience! Ordered two pairs of shoes to be delivered to NZ and they came on their expected delivery date (10 days after I ordered them)! This is amazing considering the amount of COVID-19 related delays that are currently happening. Shoes were safe and sound, the correct styles, and the correct sizes.”

“I was also worried because of the reviews but I ordered a bag. I paid extra for premium delivery because Royal Mail are experiencing delays around here. Very fast and reliable delivery. Would definitely use again!”
