I bought an item a couple of months ago which I returned immediately, still no refund, can tbet through on phone, only communication is an email asking me to rate their customer care, mind boggling!

Actually this country attire company is a scam; check your credit card bill and find the charge is to a long defunct company. The scammer is keeping themselves super busy running a website and sham logistics/shipping pages. They are the same person doing customer service. Wow! The extent some people go to steal from innocents. God will avenge all of us victims. It’s just money but some one is inviting curses/judgement on themselves for God is watching.

Ordered a pair of gloves in a size Medium and they sent me a size 7. Size 7 in the US is a small. So I had to pay almost $24 to send it back. I do not recommend them and will not use them again. Very disappointed .

Order item on the 13th of dec , still no items or refunds and now being told can’t have a refunded intill they find there lost item , stay far away!!!

Said the package was delivered but on the Royal Mail website it's still with the, when I call them it says average waiting time is 10 min, but it takes around an hour, avoid at all cost

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had no delivery no refund! Proof of delivery was a picture of some concrete

Your company is the worst people I have dealt with ordered 4Th December priority postage. No package tracing or anything until December 9 saying it was at Plymouth Hub. In contact with you several times just given excuses it was in the system and it was the Roal Mail strike. Well low and behold I suddenly received a e mail on 20th December saying parcel ha been delivered thisce mail was from Country attire not Royal Mail. Looking at the Royal Mail website with original Tracking number it is still in Plymouth at the hub I have nov idea where country attire have the notification from stating it has been delivered. No replies from e mails I gave sent them trued four times to ring eventually someone answers then when I start to talk to them I am cut off and have to start again. I am £63 out of pocket No idea how I can claim my money back TOTAL FRAuDSTErs

Do not buy at Country attire.com. They are making money. Costumer service is terrible. I didn't receive my order. They just promise for refund, but it's a NOTORIOUS LIAR. Stay away!

Ordered over a month ago, claimed they left my parcel in my shed, then claimed they left it in my neighbours shed, still waiting on my refund, one unhappy customer

When ordering a £185 coat the first payment was declined so immediately ordered it again and the payment went through. Only 1 email confirmation was sent. 3 days later 2 coats turn up and we have been charged twice. Really difficult to get hold of a person to talk to, and when we did, it was a real waste of time. Although the 2nd coat was returned immediately, i am still waiting 4 weeks later for a refund, and now i have a credit card bill to pay. I wish i had just gone to the barber shop just down the road.

Returned item for 30.-, paid taxes twice, uk and Switzerland. Customer service is not reacting. Spend almost 700,- for nothing. And no refund for almost a month.

I ordered a coat in the US size which was totally my fault. I reordered in the correct size and it arrived promptly although pretty wrinkled. When I tried to return the coat using the offer through the company using USPS the YSPS said it wouldn’t work. That they haven’t had ground shipping in years, especially to the UK. Now it looks like it’s gonna cost me 80.00 to return. I’ve tried emailing but it just sends me the standard help list , leaving you to figure it out in your own. I won’t be buying from them again. They should offer some kind of human interaction to help with issues. Hopefully I'll at least get my refund.

Non existent customer service, they don't reply to emails. They sent me the wrong size coat, I contacted them and they asked me to take a picture of the coat which I sent them immediately, that was 3 days ago and I emailed them everyday since and no reply. Avoid this company at all costs, they're nothing but time wasters.

Customer service is horrendous. I received scuffed boots, requested info on warranty returns, was asked to photograph the damage THREE TIMES, (and I'm an experienced museum photographer, thus know very well how to show surface defects in a photo). There was no response re tax and duty refunds, the whole process was long, drawn out, and I will discourage anyone from dealing with them if they're hoping for a modicum of satisfaction.

HORRIBLE company!! They sent me shorts that were not what I ordered, and expect me to pay for the return postage!! Their customer service is a joke, and after sending them pictures of the items I received (that were the wrong size) they did not respond back. They sent me shorts to the USA that were a size for Asia. Very disappointing!! I would suggest you pay more for a reputable company!
