“Customer service is non existent. Telephone just automates to no representatives available with not even an option for leaving a voice message. The sales Email used by electric-fence.co.uk is now bouncing. It appears that they have taken the money and are now closing operations in UK (not sure that there were actually operating in the UK in the first place).”
“Absolutely shocking customer service. Electric-fence.co.uk are not in UK - they intimate UK domestic deliveries take 2-5 days. They are telling lies - they have NO warehouse or shop in the UK - they send everything very slowly from GERMANY - loads of excuses as to why they couldn't trace order or tell me when I would receive it and they then refused to cancel order - I thought that was illegal ?
You will definitely NOT receive order quickly - expect 3 weeks at best and no info and nobody cares - god knows how long it will take to get my money back!! They said I will get my money back when item is returned back to them in Germany?? They don't know where it is! What if I never receive it??
These people are deliberately misleading on their website - they have no morals and do not deserve our business - keep away.”
