“I ordered a Switch game for a child's birthday. Game shipped the item and it never arrived. They used Evri, which says it all, really. When I contacted them they refused to ship a replacement or process a refund and said I must wait 30 days while they investigated. This isn't good enough. They ruined a child's birthday, have taken my money and not provided the goods I've paid for, and now they're making me wait a month? I'll take my business to Amazon in future...”
