“I ordered a Switch game for a child's birthday. Game shipped the item and it never arrived. They used Evri, which says it all, really. When I contacted them they refused to ship a replacement or process a refund and said I must wait 30 days while they investigated. This isn't good enough. They ruined a child's birthday, have taken my money and not provided the goods I've paid for, and now they're making me wait a month? I'll take my business to Amazon in future...”
“Avoid, their customer service is awful. They have still not responded to a complaint from November 2017 (now May 18) despite 5 reminders, they don't care and just make excuse after excuse.”

Executive Complaints Team feel that being addressed by the term "Mate" whilst been told to leave the store was meant in a friendly manner!
