Delivery was made over 1.5 hours after the order was ready. I tried to chat with customer service and the AI bot told me there’s nothing they can do. I spent $24 for inedible food and an undeserved tip. I tried to get a refund and customer service bot says chat ended so there is no recourse

Never received order they said was delivered. Clearly it’s sitting in the passenger seat from the picture they texted me when saying it was delivered. I called grubHub and received a refund and a 10.00 off coupon and advised them they may want to check out some of their delivery people who are obviously stealing food.

I was automatically signed up for a monthly membership, with no email confirmation, and no monthly receipt for it. I only found out because of my bank statement 7 months later. They would not refund me past 30 days, even after speaking to the supervisor Eli, the highest point of contact in customer service. I’m left feeling robbed. Don’t use grubHub! They don’t care about quality, they care about the quantity of money!
