I had 3 orders in a row that were 40+ minutes late. The third one was the last straw for me. I tried to get a refund since my food was completely cold and inedible. They only countered me with a 5 dollar discount (60 dollar order). Absolute terrible customer service. Really hope this company craters one day from the face of the earth.

Multiple times I got a message food delivered, never received it, after waiting an hour. Now I'm told I can't get a refund and it will be another hour for delivery. Check out the photo the driver took how is this accepted.

I requested a full refund to my card and was told I would only get their 'credit' on my next order.

I wish I could give them -1000 stars. Food is always cold, drivers always late. We paid for priority delivery and the driver drove AWAY from our house seemingly delivering other orders after we’d already been waiting an hour… Just don’t order through them ever. If you ask for a refund, they offer you $5.

grubHub steals your money. They don't deliver your order and then won't give a refund. Customer service reps just keep repeating the same canned answers and don't do anything to even try to resolve the issue.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order only for no one to pick it up. Received a call from the restaurant letting me know they called grubHub and a driver would be assigned. 1.5 hours later I had to pick up my order which was cold. grubHub will not refund my full amount. They refunded the drivers tip and delivery fee.

grubHub let me place an order through a restaurant that was closed and proceeded to say my food was delivered. Food never arrived, as the store was not open. Lost $54 (food plus driver tip). When I tried contacting grubHub for a refund, they refused, saying it was 48 hours later. Needless to say I won’t be using them again.

Food arrives ice cold advised on app was to get a full refund however wanted to chat to provide more info about driver and the order being wrong also.

Repeat failure to deliver. When contacting customer service if you don't respond with in 0.02 seconds asked are you still with me. Yes, I am still with you until you refund the money. No need to ask.

Made a mistake with an order. Called seconds after and they told me that the order was already made and refused to refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DELIVERY SERVICE
