Refund - Difficult

Never received our order and they said they couldn’t be refund as there had been too much activity on our account that I used for the first time tonight. Feel totally conned. Will never use this service again

I have grubHub+ Membership because of Amazon Prime. I have never checked my bank account for the refund since they tell me I will still get it. It's been a year or two and noticed that they never give me the refund. It was also my bad for not checking it. Never ever using this platform again. I'd rather use DoorDash or UberEats than this fraud app.

F'n awful. There are always missing items from my orders. While you get a refund, you then have to wait in many cases 2 hours for new food. They never give vouchers or do anything to make it right for their customers.

I received an incomplete order, and reported the issue. grubHub said that couldn't help to replace the missing items, nor provide a credit of any kind because I received a refund for a botched order in the past. I'd recommend Door Dash over grubHub ANY day!! The only reason I used GH is because of my free Amazon Prime perks. Never again though.

I asked live chat for a refund to my card but instead they gave me a grubHub credit with an EXPIRATION DATE.

These people don't listen or care. If you pay for priority, you will not get your food, timely manner. The delivery driver picked up my food at five minutes from my house and drove it in the opposite direction 15 minutes out of the way, and this isn't the first time they've done this. And grubHub is refusing to give a refund even though my food is cold and soggy, and my drinks have melted ice every time.

Customer service then refused to give me any credit because I had too many credits (what?) and says I have to file a refund dispute form which has nothing to do with my issue.

Ordered from grubHub for lunch at work. They changed the address in their system after order was placed and the poor driver couldn’t deliver. I was told food going back to restaurant and to reorder someone will pick it up. Customer service hung up on me; chat is automated and kept repeating themselves and said “let me see what I can do”. Hopefully refund goes through without issue but their customer service is horrible!
