I bought the air ram multi and it broke after 1 use. Gtech arranged an exchange which arrived damaged. They arranged an uplift but are now refusing a refund as they have lost the return but their courier didn’t provide any proof of uplift. Absolutely disgusted by their service. Now have the stress of raising a dispute with my credit card. Will never use them again.

so I decided to return it gtec arranged collection from my work address by dpd w weeks later ide not received a refund supposedly they hadn’t received the returned hoover so contacted dpd as it was collected on the day and time specified as I hadn’t arranged the collection dpd said they couldn’t really help me after a week of sheer hell which made me very ill I had to obtain cctv footage of the dpd driver actually carrying my hoover from my work to his van I eventually got a refund but no apology from the company .
