The upright handle on my G Tech Ram has come apart so unable to push and pull the machine.Answers please.

Why is the handle on my g tech air ram stuck in the upright position??? Can i fix this myself ???Although it is still under warranty i dont want the hassle of returning if i can do it myself

My Gtech vacuum cleaner is less than three months old and has stopped working. Customer service have advised the motor has burnt out and they will send a replacement motor for us to fit!! Their warranty states only Gtech or their authorised agents should carry out repairs. If we repair it it will invalidate the warranty. We bought direct from GTech . Why would a customer if their 70’s with arthritic hands be expected to carry out a repair to replace a motor when it is only 11 weeks old. If I’d bought it from a retailer it would have been refunded or completely replaced. Where is your customer service . Dreadful customer service .

I have a 2 yr old GTECH hedge trimmer, the blade has stopped cutting. Has any body had the same problem. It looks like the blades are not moving correctly.
