“ Tried to buy a replacement lawnmower blade from Gtech to be told they will not be available for at least 3-4 months. Their best suggestion was to use an old mower in the meantime. Unbelievable!! I always keep a few old lawnmowers around just in case I cant get a replacement blade!!! Terrible service, any other brand you could buy one off the shelf. Buy Gtech at your own peril!! ”

“ Brought a Gtech cordless hedge trimmer. Used it 4 times to trim bushes no hedge trimmed. Now the battery will not charge My son in law brought one the same time and his battery won't hold charge. Either a bad batch or produced that way so you will have to replace the battery regularly Not value for money Customer service were no help ”

“ Terrible battery, charger do not buy Gtech lawnmower! The battery merely lasts 10-15 mins max after a 5 hour charge. Check their reviews on trustpilot before wasting your money. Customer service is even more pathetic. ”

“ My 92 year old Mother bought a pro stick 3 years ago. It has never been used before now. The battery is faulty and will not charge. Gtech apologise for the inconvenience and offer a free pack of bags as compensation. Battery although outside the 12 month warranty is obviously not fit for purpose. Before buying from this company be aware of their attitude to customer service. Other vacuums are available. ”
