Over charged for 2 items on the same transaction! Then expect me to return to store for a refund when I live 40 minutes away!

Bought a paint roller did not get a receipt so checked out the item in the carpark only to find it not fit for purpose toke the item back in with in 5 mins and was refused a refund saying the product was not faulty which can clearly be seen in the photos The store manager Donna was very helpful

I called customer services and been told only one person worked that day and no one picked up the phone in refund department.

Absolutely shocking quality of furniture and service. Of all the delivery services home bargins cpuld use they decided to use Hermes, the worst in the UK for delivering items damaged. 2 of the 3 items I ordered were damaged on delivery, and the third item was left outside in the rain as they all didn't arrive at the same time of day. Will be returning for a full refund.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to couple of My friends. One friend never recieved them, the other had wiltered flowers. I have emailed them several times and no one has got back to me. I wasted money and have had no refund for the flowers that were not delivered. Please don't use their flower services.

Went to Stechford store, purchased some items seems a bit expensive with what I brought checked receipt before leaving the shop I had been charged double for an item, spoke to cashier who in my opinion knew exactly what she did, got refund no apology what so ever, will not be shopping there again

I will never again purchase a flower delivery from Home Bargains. I booked it for the 1st November and didn't receive it then when I did today, the balloon that I paid £2.99 for was deflated, the rose was not fresh and the cake that i paid £3.99 for was the size of a cupcake. When i asked for refund theu said we can give you £2.99 for the balloon...SERIOUSLY....NEVER AGAIN!

Instead the flowers got delivered 2 days after the confirmed date, and the company refused to refund my premium for next day delivery.

Customer service is disgraceful. The flowers were very poor quality, all open and brown at the edges and they refused to refund/ send another bunch. Very disappointing.
