The company isn't the best. Sending £36 bill after not using the phone for 2 months. But don't tell you that you have to cancel when you set up the pay as you go Monthly contract.

If I could give zero stars I would. No ability to talk to anyone. The chat only contacts know nothing. Report a problem and they log it. A few days later they msg you and ask if you still have a problem with a link to start a new chat from scratch. So if you have a signal problem you may never be able to get a fix. I’m going elsewhere as soon as I can

Cannot log into my account it tells me wrong name wrong details cannot get any help online chat tells me can’t login due to wrong info Even sent letter to hq with all details inc contract details Still nothing DO NOT TOUCH

I would give them a 0 stars if I could. DO NOT USE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. A BUNCH OF IDIOTS.

Rubbish service. Cannot make payment to top up my account. Tried 3 cards, app and website - technical problems appear in each case. Don't recommend.

Poor customer service and data is unreliable. Often, I have multiple bars of 4G and am still unable to use my data. Recently, they stopped access to my mobile service and subsequently, my data.

I can help you close your account Live chat this automatic service Type in DISCONNECT You will then get a real person talk to you They ask your 4 pin type in I don't have They then will ask you your d.o.b name and address Type in And then finally they reply back Your account is now closed Best of look 👌

This company is absolutely useless horrific trying to contact them. Never go into a contract with them. Ours expired over 18 months ago and they began sending threatening e mails

I can never call out, I can call people 20 - 30 times before I even connect. I give up & either walk or drive to friends & family in the end. My mom has the same problem with this network

What went wrong? everything. DO NOT USE at all costs. Ended up with a default for £17!!! for a contract that i ended and overpaid for. NO communication, nothing. AWFUL.

Awful company. Website allowed purchase of phone that had been discontinued. Wasn’t contacted until two weeks later and after the payment was taken for the phone. Was advised the phone would not be made available and asked if I wished to cancel. I politely confirmed this and was advised that my money would be refunded within 5 working days. A month and several phone calls later I am still waiting on a refund. Each time I am promised that I will receive my money back within 5 working days. They fail to contact you when promised to and point blank refuse to contact you by email, thus avoiding any written log of the call. Was going to take two contracts out with these guys as I wanted to give them a chance. Needless to say this won’t be happening. Whilst writing this I still have not been refunded my initial payment for the phone I never received.

Shocking company. Changed my bank details with them and they never updated it. All affected my credit score even after challenging it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Appalling company. Yes it’s cheap but the service doesn’t work and the customer service is virtually non existent, a few rude people in an office somewhere who keep their contact details a secret.. avoid at all costs!

This is a company to avoid. The quality of the network is extremely bad. They make it very difficult for you to get out of a contract. They rip you off. Avoid and go to a company you can easily contact and leave if you wish to.
