"Shocking experience with these people, i bought a sim a few months back and wanted to cancel as it had an anytime cancel the policy but when i went to do so they said they take a payment on the last day before you cancel (so you paying a full payment for no reason) when i said that's not right surely they said if you don't pay we will get the debt collectors round? xD and said would you like to stick with us instead just a horrible trap system to keep you with them and the customer advisor live chat assistant was horrendous with his attitude will be canceling still and never coming back would avoid at all cost"

"They don't let you cancel immediately. I cancelled my aim about 3 weeks ago, it says 'plan cancels 01 March' I've just had a threatening email that I owe them money for the month of march, of which hasn't even come yet and I'm cancelling the god damn SIM. Avoid id at all costs"

"I was an ID mobile customer for while, when I found a better deal somewhere else I informed ID mobile on time as it's a monthly contract. On my last day I removed the ID SIM from my mobile phone. Now ID mobile charged for so called \" rental line\" and said if I don't pay the debt collector will recover the amount for them. I know ID mobile is a monthly contract SIM, and I owed ID mobile nothing. Just waiting for the debt collector to contact me and I'll email all the conversations I had with ID mobile. ID mobile is not an honest company and I'll never get back to it again even it becomes the cheapest network in the UK."

"Terrible company deliberately make it impossible to end contract within the 14 day cooling off period, the only address to return SIM to within package is not the return address stated I'd mobile...well sadly my balls are not crystal I'd mobile!... Try having a human answer a phone instead of tying eople up in phone menu options ending with a hang up."
