"Very disappointing after-sales service.\r\n\r\nWe purchased a new timber gate which has developed a noticeable 12mm twist. Despite providing photos and requesting a replacement, we've been told to adjust the hinges, keep the gate closed and wait until March to see if it improves.\r\n\r\nWe have also raised the matter with Area Manager Wendy Lawton, as I don't believe asking a customer to wait six months for a problem with a new product is a reasonable solution.\r\n\r\nWe fully understand that timber naturally moves, but there has to be an acceptable limit.\r\n\r\nUnfortunately, based on how this has been handled so far, I couldn't recommend their after-sales service."
