Rang customer services who said they couldn't refund the 10% 'as they didn't have access to that part of the system'. I find that a bit incredible. So I ordered again with the discount code and sent the other trousers back. Bit ridiculous carry on and it cost Jigsaw another postage and a return postage but there you go.”
