“We purchased a 150 piece Dinosaur jigsaw from you in the autumn intending to give it to our granddaughter at Christmas. We sent it to her but on Christmas Day when she opened it she was upset to find it and the inside of the box mouldy. Believing Jaques to be a good firm we expected some redress but despite sending a photo of the damaged item and bank statement details of our purchase we have been denied redress because we “didn’t keep proof of postage”! This is shocking. Nobody should be expected to keep such records when Jaques will no doubt have their own. We are disgusted. The puzzle is mouldy. We sent proof. Jaques makes the puzzle. Jaques is at fault!”
