Please please don't buy from this website it is fake they have stolen my money, I have ordered brand shirt and paid $500 and they sent me one cheap bottle of Vitamins, I do have all my prove and requested for refund, but nothing so far.

Never buying anything from them again. It was the first and last time! Horrible experience I tried to buy a watch and I have to wait for almost 2 months for nothing, seems at least they will refund me. let's see. Not waste your money and time there.

THEY CHARGED ME AND NEVER SENT MY ITEM. CANCELLED ORDER AND THEN CLAIMED I WAS NEVER CHARGED. I SHOWED PROOF AND AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND TWO MONTHS AFTER “PURCHASE.” DO NOT TRUST Jomashop. DO NOT BUY FROM Jomashop. THEY ARE THIEVES! DON’T DO IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Jomashop IS A BAD BUSINESS. MAYBE A SCAM. POSSIBLY ILLEGITIMATE.

They sent my order to the wrong address and charged me for that and I didn’t receive the bag which was $1200 and they never refund my money.

I ordered 3 watches on 14th January. My credit card was charged for one only and received it in less than 2 weeks. My credit card was charged on 30th of January for the second and third watch but I only received the second one after 2 weeks. I have been trying to get in contact ever since but the website is an automatic machine and they don’t pick up their phone. If you don’t have the watch why did you charge me, if you charged me why don’t you send me the watch, if you have problems why don’t you communicate? You better send me the watch or refund my money ASAP

Absolutely the worst customer service when I finally reach someone, up to an hour on hold they hang up won't return calls even when feature is selected for them to call back won't respond to emails if you don't need to call or talk to someone then it's probably not a huge deal but in my case of have a 3000 credit which they won't refund so I have to buy something or eat the 3000 and try deal with there BS terms the one time I got through they are rude an unhelpful

I contacted Jomashop customer service trying to resolve the situation to see if I can get my refund and they told me no since it was “delivered” then it’s not their problem they can’t do anything about it.

Very bad customer service waste f money they r scam fraud i paid 370£ fr my watch nobody sent me d parcel ddnt hear anything frm them been ages nw i requested refund nobody helped me out thx to paypal i contacted paypal as i paid through paypal they helped me out to get refund frm Jomashop guyz plz dont waste ur tym n money on Jomashop they r totally fraud im v disappointed

boghet a furla wallet from them...they sent me a used diffrent wallet 20% cheaper then what ive paid... didnt want to refund theur mistake and then never got back to me....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

First time shopping this site and awfully disappointed...I’ve ordered a furla wallet from them for 59.89$..they’ve sent me a cheaper furla no tags different color wallet that was 10 dollars cheaper on their site...they had the nerve to offer me a “refund” for 15 dollars not even covering shipment costs...awful and no responsibility for their Owen service mistakes!
