“Horrible everything and no customer service
Horrible and can't understand the lack of customer care. I think it's one guy in a room with AI. My book was a mess. Pics cut off, pages that didn't make sense, pics were all the same quality from the same iPhone and some were just horrible like a pic from the 70s. No resolve and a horrible client experience here. Be careful and don't overspend or find another app. We will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!!”
“Disappointing Print Quality for the Price
I ordered a Journi photo book for my wedding photos, expecting a high-quality product given the nearly $80 price tag. Unfortunately, the quality fell far short of my expectations. The paper doesn’t resemble standard photo paper, and the colors of the images are noticeably faded, making the photos look dull and lifeless. While the app itself is user-friendly, with great auto-organization of the photo locations, the final product did not reflect the quality I was hoping for. I’m disappointed with the print quality and would hesitate to order again.”
