“Firstly the member of office staff rang me with regards to a few questions because of posting and he could not be more helpful and polite, secondly my granddaughter suitcase was down within two days and lastly the product was of high quality and looked the same as the website, very pleased all round.”

“Kids travel 2 has changed my life. Moving through the airport is so much faster and my kid LOVES riding on his suitcase. You can store a bunch of toys in there and on our first 4 hour flight my kid slept for over 2 hours on the bed. It's genius! My family travels for a living and this product has made our traveling experience so much better! I highly recommend!”

“Awesome to carry essentials for the kid; food, blanket, few toys. It's also great to make traveling faster in airport to the gate or from gate to gate when time is short. He loves to sit on it while I pull him around the airport !”

“Using it for changing airplanes at the airport or as a small bed in economy class is really comfortable. It has the perfect height for a bed in the airplane. However, the solution with the cushion for the movements with the head left or right is not perfect, yet. The cushion is too soft, i.e. an extra support from the side is needed. This idea is brilliant but it needs a further development.”

“We saw an adorable elephant suitcase on-line. Our son adored elephants since about age one. Our only complaint is that it was a bit small, even by kids' standards. I often have to put a few of his things in my bag. We're about ready to buy him a bigger bag even though that one is still in great shape.”

“As a new parent, I was extremely worried to travel long haul (16 hrs) alone with my 18mo son. I could not be happier with the purchase, my son slept like a hibernating turtle on the plane. I could also use it in the lounge/restaurant chair when we were on transit. I love the fact that I can put things in the compartment which saved me carry-on space.”

“On phoning, their team were absolutely delightful to speak to. Nothing was too much trouble and they were able to reassure me about the speed of delivery as my order was a birthday present for my daughter. My order arrived 2 days later in very sturdy packaging and the item is excellent quality. I was a very happy customer!”

“Excellent service which was both friendly and efficient. I bought a Kids Travel 2 Ladybird Children's suitcase. I wanted to know more about the product and whether it would be suitable for my granddaughter so I emailed their customer care team who called me straight away. They were very helpful (and patient!). When the product came the next day I was not disappointed and everything was just as explained. A happy grandma and a very happy granddaughter who loves her ladybug suitcase!”

“Kids Travel 2 gave excellent service, the product was all sol out and not going to be in before my xmas holiday but suddenly a personal email came in from them about new stock so i could buy it asap and it arrived a couple of days later. So very grateful for the service.”
