“The travel suitcase looked good in pictures but it is a very low-quality product for the price I paid.”

“I received my purchase - it was the adult version not the kids so I called- apparently it is just an extra cushion and was told it would be sent- then got an email to tell me I had to pay extra for cushion plus postage. I was not aware of adult version as I was in a kids website!”

“I let my daughter choose the colour of her jetkids and we were sent the wrong one, which caused major disappointment. When I wrote to complain, I was told the error would be looked into but I never heard back. I won't be using this website again.”

“jet kid bed box arrived with both handles broken and the broken bits were inside lid- this also happened to another jet box we had already which broke on the flight- appears to be a design fault and must happen often otherwise a massive coincidence should happen twice to us- the company replaced the lid with not too much fuss but not in time for our travel- probably would of been better to offer a refund -”

“Interesting concept but not too useful if you are looking for something that your kid can ride on the top of it at the airport and then use as a extension bed type during the flight. I have an above average tall 2 years old and when she sits on the top of it she is not near touching the ground with her feet. She can easily do it with the usual "trunks" types in the market. The kid needs to be 4+ to be able to ride on it and touch the ground with their feet. In that case the kid is too big to use as an extension bed during the flight.”
