“Between scheduling a time slot based on my schedule - past several times they sent notes order will Not be ready on time. PLUS when I place the order online is shows a few items out of stock. But when I get there to pick up order many items are not included. Plus, when their 3rd party starts to pick my items in the store and as they let me know items are out of stock there isn’t a button to cancel the order. I use delivery and pick up when I have large order of cases of water, fire logs, firewood - heavy items. Furious!”
