bought an item for E70 but when i used it a couple of weeks later it was not very good. i could not find my receipt so called their customer service team. the lady was polite and very helpful and after i gave her the relevant information she said she would send a letter confirming that i could take it back to the store for a refund. the letter arrived the next day. wish other companies customer service were so helpful and prompt.
