Placed an order worth over €100, paid in full and a few days later it says declined with no explanation. Money has been taken from my account and the customer service is ridiculous. Not impressed at all.

Bought an item and when logged back in, it said declined. They were happy to take the funds and after talking to customer services get the run around.

Terrilbe service,I placed an order on the 7th ,received an email on the 14th saying I would receive my order in 3 days,today the 20th still nothing, tracking says parcel is still not left the warehouse, rang for info and was told it could be another 7 to 10 days,I would recommend anyone in the Rep. Of Ireland to avoid this site going forward, Brexit to blame apparently.

Worst experience as a customer with any online retailer in my life. I tried to place an order twice but got an error message to say that the order could not be placed and I was not charged. Upon checking my bank account, I was debited twice to the total of €1k. I rang customer service and was told to just wait 24 hours, the payments would be automatically reversed and I can try and place the order again in 24 hours. After 24 hours the payments were not reversed, I called back and was put on hold for 1 hour trying to get through to the payments team. I eventually got through and got my money back and was told to place my order again. I tried to place the order and the exact same thing happened - debited but no order processed. I had to call customer services back for the third time and spend another hour on the phone explaining my situation and convincing them to let me place an order over the phone, which I do so painstakingly with one of their inept CS reps. I was told again my payments would be reversed in 24 hours. 6 days later, my order was due to be delivered and I received an email from littlewoods saying my items are out of stock and won't be delivered, and I am still yet to receive my third refund. I called customer services again and was told they cannot give a timeline on when the 3rd refund will be processed and that they will issue another refund for the cancellation of my order due to stock shortages. So, €2000 in debits, 3 hours on the phone and 6 days later I will be receiving nothing from Littlewoods. Disgrace.

Last Time I would Deal with Littlewoods Ireland! Trying to buy a mobile (Honor 10) after a day from ordering it I received an email saying that i have to pay 25 euros as a down payment. I did pay and my bank showing that the payment has gone through. but on their website it says that i didn`t pay. i contacted their customer care through live chat and they were extremely horrible! they took the money and they said that the order is NOT successful

Littlewoods has got to the most retarded company I have ever had the experience to deal with. I ordered online for delivery to my home address an item for approximately 250 and paid in full with my credit card. The following day I received an email cancelling my order because they claimed that it was not my home address but a commercial address (what difference if it was). When I called customer service I was told that I would have to provide proof of my home address??????????? and nothing short of that would suffice for an item I had already paid for in full. I cancelled the pending order, requested my account be cancelled, and told them I wanted nothing more to do with them. I also had to call the credit card to cancel the payment. The most pointless frustrating experience for an item I had paid for in full in advance??????????

Absolutely disgraceful customer service and policies. I bought a mattress topper on the 17th of February. Still had not arrived on the 12th of March with no available parcel updates. Rang because an email of a data breach of my details. Found then the parcel has been lost. Instead of admitting fault and shipping a replacement the thought process was to refund me and ask me to repurchase the product. So as a distributor you think it's a good policy to force a customer to have over 400€ tied up with something you lost in the first place instead of doing the convenient and faster process of reshipping the item you lost in the first place? Outrageous customer service practice. If I had not rang I would have received no update. I still don't have a receipt for my refund despite it being 6hours ago this all occurred. I will never ever shop with Littlewoods Ireland again.

I would advise anyone who needs something not to think of buying from littlewoods, ordered an item 13th jan last, still has not arrived, tried ringing twice, no one answered after 20mins so i gave up, cant email them, you can only write, paid for the item on 13th jan still waiting, will never order again, if anyone out there needs to purchase please go to reputable suppliers, dont waste your time, all you will get is a standard sorry as will follow this complaint

Ordered a baby present to send to my godson on 5th January. I got an email telling me it was dispatched on the 8th and another number of emails since apologising for the delay! It’s now 25th and I still haven’t received the order. This is a despicable service, especially when I have ordered a number of items from different UK sites since and all have been delivered with zero delays! They can forget about blaming brexit as that’s only a cop out. Pathetic service which should be avoided at all costs!

On 20th I still haven't got the package so I called them and after reaching customer care (in about 30 minutes on the phone) a very polite gentleman started saying that this is all due to Brexit and my parcel is stuck in customs bla bla bla... One thing he didn't knew that I have business my self and I import A LOT of things from Thailand, US and China and I can say whatever he was talking is complete load of bull#*£@€! I don't mind if they lost a parcel I don't mind if they forgot to dispatch it by mistake but I truly hate when such big companies customer care is told to lie to their customer! This just shows that you cannot trust this company no matter what because they are ready to lie about anything... I will never buy anything of them anymore just because of this and I honestly don't recommend them to anyone unless you don't mind to be lied to...

Ordered two items first item was ment to arrive on the 16th jan and I got a text the night before its been delayed, no word on when its going to arrive and no answer back from them either and now the second item has no tracking aswelland disappeared . This is the worst company for online shopping that I've ever used . Such very bad service with no communication . I will never shop with them again if I ever recive my items, they seem to have disappeared.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Nothing arrived nada. Asked for a refund can’t do as order is in transit. One of the customer care team hung up on me twice. This company is fraudulently claiming on their website that everything is under control with brexit. Lies..... don’t order from them if you live in Ireland. Customer care is non existent

I have never in my lifetime seen such bad service. I ordered a xmas present in November..never arrived. I rang up customer care and she offered to send it again and promised she had put a note on the system. Of course it never arrived but the girl actually decided to put the second order on my credit account!! Rang up a customer care representive called tulle, spent 50 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to a manager and she promised me that she would sort out the problem and i would get a email confirming that i would no longer have it credited and she would get the manager to call me...needless to say she didn't sort it out ..i never got my promised email and i never recieved my call from manager

I can't believe these reviews I am over 30yr a customer..wit family album before they be came littlewoods NEVER had a problem..it was fast ways that are IMPOSSIBLE to get through to..having said that i have bought a tv for my son for christmas I'm hoping it's what he wants or I WILL be looking to exchange and if I get a response like some of the reviews here to say il be disappointed is an understatement!

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars or even negative numbers! This company is appalling so you should all avoid at all costs. I placed an order for AirPods on the 4th of May and still haven’t received them! I called on the 15th of May and was greeted with a very rude and uninterested agent who mumbled at me and just said ‘they’ll be there by Wednesday’. Frustrated I just said thanks and just hung up as I was getting nowhere. Wednesday came and still no sign so I rang again and I was told that they don’t really know what’s going on with my order and as it hasn’t been updated/ tracked since the 13th it potentially has been lost. The agent said she would contact the courier company and provide me with an update. Guess what, no update and no contact of any form. The website says standard delivery is 4 days, this is a joke and should be deleted because it is pure lies. Try standard delivery time: never. I want my money back and after that I will never shop here again and I will tell everyone I know to also avoid. I’ve placed a lot of orders from a lot of different places over the last few weeks and they’ve all been exceptional, communicating with me and delivering speedily. This is a disgrace and I’ll be ringing again tomorrow, not that it will be of any help!

Ordered something that had a stock of 256. No sign after 2 weeks & they said they are waiting for it to come in. Sent messages & getting the runaround. Looked for my money back but they told me i will need to wait for trading standards to contact me. Shocking.

I ordered an item from this company and waited a long time to get it. It was a birthday present for someone and it was well past the delivery date and the persons birthday when I received it. It was my first and last time I will use them. I only gave 1 star because I can't give 0
