“ Email advertising free next day delivery, ordered and no option for free next day available at check out so paid paid the charge, it took over a week to arrive then it was the wrong item. Long winded process having to download and print your own returns note. Also means I’ve paid two way postage for nothing. There are better and more efficient sites available. ”
