Delivery late, delivery comes broken, delivery comes with marks on it - then the worse bit is you have to pay for returns, you have no choice to pay and send it back yourself.

Ordered an item, completely wrong item arrived, they posted the correct item, I sent wrong item back and paid for delivery as no returns label was sent.

Items look nothing like on the website. Returns are a massive hassle AND they charge! Rip-off. Look elsewhere.

All because of a faulty product and terrible returns process.

I was told not to worry and that they offered hassle-free returns if I was not satisfied.

COM that if they can continue to sell and deliver products during corona, they should also be able to deal with returns/refunds, but got a flat “no”.

Ridiculously poor sizing on their pyjamas and the short returns deadline means that if you purchase as a gift in time for an event, you don't have time to return it. I emailed and had no reply.

I would never deal with made .com again I am stuck with two chairs the wrong colour . NO customer service. NO one ever answers the phones. I am unsure that my written queries are being received as no one ever responds. It seems that there is a sophisticated complaints /returns procedure in place but it is designed to be so to be so to be to be so difficult that we give up . Disgrace do not know how they get a way with it .
