“Do Not Order from Mamas and Papas!!!!
I have had a shocking experience with Mamas & Papas, you can't get anyone over the phone and they just do not respond to emails at all - 3 sent so far over a 3 week period.
My order arrived missing an item, have since had no updates about the missing item, no response to emails and have paid for it (no refund in sight), also the account doesn't even list my order like it never existed! Absolutely shocking customer service.
Order from John Lewis in future as have never had problems there and their customer service is great!
Not what you need when you are heavily pregnant, shop elsewhere please don't give this company your money!”
“Terrible service. Website states free delivery. You will assume item to be receives 2 to 3 days. Once payment is processed, states 3 to 5 working days. Or else if you want it sooner , pay us more like approximate £7 to £8. This is disgrace as a mother you want your baby item as soon as from a reputable company, when your already paying for a premium product yet premium extra charges!!!”
“This company is atrocious! Gorgeous pictures of kids clothing but what came can only be described as made by a child! strings hanging off everywhere, terrible stitching, really bad fit, etc. Just a disgusting item. I've tried 3 separate times to contact them to ask for some assistance because this item is definitely not what I ordered and have been completely ignored! Terrible customer service. And when you've spent $100 AUD on absolute garbage, it's just terrible!”
