“ feels like a scam. They don’t reply to messages, and there’s no way to speak to anyone. I paid for an unlimited delivery service, but I can’t even log in. They never respond, even though they claim to reply within 24 hours. It’s already been a week, and I’ve left three separate messages—still nothing. Total scam. ”
