"Great food great staff. Been visiting for 10 months to Tallahassee fl Northside .Come here alot way better than Wendy's. Food always fresh. I'll wait for that. Wendy's not as fresh. They give adequate amount of sauces for my 8.29 meal. Place is clean."

"My wife and I ordered each a meal. To eat in. .we were next to pickup at counted. The employ\u00e9e was slamming \u00e0 bag with food in it almost like a football. To my surprise it was my meal he slammed on counted, turned around and my drinks weren't on counted. We asked and? Our drinks. Oh yah. Here. We went further away with food to find uncllean table. ..my money was wasted in this place. Never again."

“I get a sausage McMuffin with egg quite frequently, 8 times out of 10 the bread is burned, blackened around edges and at time the entire slice or both to the point it is not edible. How can someone serve this, they have to see the blackness. When possible, I pull burned edges off and eat my McMuffin sandwich.”

“I’m appalled that “MCDONALD” cooperation would “micro-aggressively” use the the term “Grandma McFlurry” for its NEW treat when my grandma and I’m sure lots of others would NOT even be able to enjoy it because of the Trillions of little HARD Diabetical pieces of candies inside it! The flavor itself isn’t bad however, we were spitting out what felt like thousands of OVER sweetened hard pieces of candy! Someone else had warned me but I gave it a try for myself and sure enough it was TRUE😱 Also, the Price makes it even MORE ridiculous so McDonalds you get a 👎🏼 this time.”

“I was in the the McDonalds in Praireville, La. This very nice young man named Dustin came out to clean up the customer area and for the first time ever do I hear any employee announce that they/he would be cleaning up and putting water on floor so it might be slippery for a little while and put out cones. Then he actually got down on his knees to check for and sweep up other objects under tables by walls before proceeding to mop! He needs to be appraised for his clean service!”

“Never again!! Will I step foot in any McDonald's restaurant!! I went through the drive through today and ordered a sausage mcmuffin w/ no egg, a hash brown and a large orange juice. It came to $7.44. I got my food and got right back in line (less then 10 mins between orders) because my husband wanted something. He got the same exact thing as I did except his with the egg. His cost $12.93!!! So you mean to tell me it costs $5.49 MORE to get the egg on it?? After two managers reviewed it I was told mine was some sort of a bundle deal. I say B.S!!!! That is criminal, highway robbery and completely ABSURD!!!! I could have gotten a complete other sandwich for the cost of that one egg. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE….. IM DONE!”

“Several bad experiences. McDonalds has really gone downhill in the US. We use the drive thru, not the mobile app. McDonalds fries are always cold and not fit to eat. Their sandwiches are usually cold and greasy, too. McDonalds never gives customers napkins with their meals anymore, unless you specifically ask! Sometimes they forget to provide straws, too. The crispy chicken sandwich comes plain on a burnt toasted bun, with two dried up pickle slices; No cheese. No ketchup. No mustard. No tomato. No lettuce or onion. Please order a reliable McChicken instead, a much better value for your money and At least it comes with lettuce and mayo, and has some flavor.”

“I ordered the new McCrispy sandwich with a coupon from the app ($3.99 CDN) plus a medium fries. The fries were anemic / undercooked, which I’ve almost come to expect. The sandwich was a disaster. The bread, lettuce and sauce looked like they had just been thrown into the container. The sauce was all on the edge of the bread, covering only about 5% of the chicken with the rest to the side of the sandwich and on the box. I’ve included a pic. All in all, one of the worst put together sandwiches I’ve ever had. I tried to get the sauce back in, but in the end it was a dry disappointment. Never again.”

“Please see screenshot of written comments.store 88 ,North Ave, New RochelleRe: Refusal to serve customers, and rude manager who refused to give name. Kiosk not functioning and manager immediately stated, “cash only”; preceded to tell me that she wouldn’t take my order now and would just have to wait before even taking my order 09/11/2023 and 09/29/2022 at 6:00 AM. Other customers ( two) who ordered online had also not been able to order. I finally left after 10 minutes. The manager constructively refused to serve and totally ignored customers and stated, “ Just Wait. Just informing you so you might want to actually see what happens. By ? the way, the place inside and out was filthy and garbage all over parking lot. Thank you for your attention. Will try another location”
