“Very bad customers service review the last purchasing a product dealing with a third-party and instead of Menard direct plus it doesn’t matter how old is the product a day or one year they have nothing to do with it. You have to struggle in order to get things situated.”
“I had to purchase a Savannah Clawfoot faucet online because Meynards did not have it in stock. I returned it because it on 4/13/26. I was told that there was a $72.50 return stock fee. I'm not happy about the return stock fee when Meynards did not have it in stock, so I had to order it online.”

I THINK THEY SHOULD RESTRUCTURE, PRIVATIZE THE LUMBER YARD, INCORORATE A DRIVE-THRU FOR ALL PET SUPPLIES AND ANYTHING CONSTRUCTION RELATED OUTSIDE OF LUMBER. FOCUS ON AN INDEPENDENT, FULLY FUNCTIONAL GREENHOUSE AND FLORIST. HEIRLOOM QUALITY AND FOCUS ON LOCAL SUPPLIERS AND AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS.”
