“I had a misprint happen for an order of business cards. I ordered them on time for an event I needed them for but then I had to contact support and reordered them just on time again but this time with faster shipping. The day I was supposed to receive them, I was never sent a shipping number so I had to call customer service to find out what was going on. I know that things happen that are out of their control, but it would have been nice to get an email or be aware that they were having some production issues because I would have just canceled at that point and had time to order with someone else like Vistaprint who might have even had them to me the day I was supposed to get my fixed order of business cards from Moo. It's been really awful for me because now I have to scramble to find a different solution. My biggest issue is that I had no idea they were having production issues, and the communication I feel like is very important. I won't be ordering from here anymore and won't be recommending this to any of my peers who need things like this printed.”
