Refund - Difficult

Would give 0 stars Where do i start, I called in January to cancel and was told it was cancelled, then didn't check my account for a few months and they were still charging, I called in June and was promised it would be cancelled and I would recieve a refund, I was charged again yesterday so I called up today and was told it was never cancelled. Absolutely fuming, DO NOT USE NOWTV!!!!

Signed up for one day sport membership to watch Masters Golf. Tried 6 times to sign in without success. Assumed that payment had failed but I was charged the following day. Impossible to communicate with company for refund. Online bot useless. Will never use again.

Been Waiting on a refund now just over a month more than half of the bill is owed in a refund i have been told it would go in on three different dates still no sgin i will never use them again stay clear

Refund show as £17-00 on 1/8/2024 NOTHING happened still waiting 11/8/2024. Chat bot useless No clue as to how to get the money on their website.

When I try and contact the company to discuss and arrange a refund they offer no way of communicating with them, the chatbot on their site is broken and does not process any details about a refund request.

We have attempted to complain to now via their complaints form, where we requested a refund for the service they have failed to provide, and have recieved no response.

the worst company that could exist! The wi fi is terrible, it is disconnected for 7-10 days without notifying customers. Non-existent customer support, after minutes and minutes on the phone, they end the call. You ask for a refund and they offer you Netflix or other terrible services. Very bad and Unprofessional

Cancelled in April, but still charged for two months. They said I had been viewing and gave details for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, I live in Brighton. Explained to the customer services rep that I must have been hacked or it was an error on their end and they only offered a partial refund.

I thought I had cancelled but didn't officially, which was my fault. But they have ways of knowing that you aren't using the platform to stream, so instead of sending you an email reminder to use their service because you haven't been actively viewing, they stay sneaky and silent, hoping you never notice. Hadn't used their service in well over a year and all they gave me was 3 months refund.
