“I placed an order on 13 Jan 2023 for 5 items.It is now 1st February and no sign of the goods or any communication from them.Phoned customer services this morning and was promised a call back.It is now 4pm and no call.Phonedagain and was told that it would take 48 hours to find out what has happened.Very poor service.”
