Item arrived in a very battered , partly open box, I was told by Winstanleys that the box is there purely to protect the contents …. I explained it was a birthday gift and looked terrible but had a Very poor response Disappointed!

My order didn’t ever arrive. It was predicted to be 5-6 weeks but after 3 months with no accurate progress report I gave up. The customer service is flakey with false promises. Would never use this site again. Go to somewhere reputable

I would never buy anything from this place they send the wrong product. It was my daughter’s birthday and we realised One day before when we was building it we called them. There was not very helpful Friday I called and they say Monday we collect the wrong item and deliver it on Tuesday which I agree, okay Then dpd they won’t collect it because the parcel is too big. They rearranged it for next day and make sure they collect it. Same thing happen now I’m back and forward chasing for my money because they can’t collect the item. And the customer service it’s absolutely ridiculous. I wish I would knew there are small company. I would never brought it from them. One star is even too much.

Bought a pram and furniture. Pram was faulty. Absolutely everything with customer service! Failure to contact. Failure to record phone calls so there’s no record of previous phone calls. They say they’ll call you back and don’t. They say they’ll arrange delivery and don’t. No apology. No empathy. So many more failures throughout the process. Stay clear of them. Nice shop but abysmal customer service.

Matress purchased and knew it was wrong size when ordered. Tried to give back to delivery guy but he said he can't take back as its now down as delivered. Didn't open nd sent straight back ( had to pay return) and company have lied and said I opened it which I 100% didn't and can't give a refund. Total lies. Now having to go through PayPal to try get a rightful refund. Avoid if u can. Shambles of a company

Honestly don’t bother. We bought and paid in full for a pram back in December and they were more than happy to help and take our money.. we could have bought the pram £100 cheaper online but decided it was best to use a local shop in case of any problems. How wrong was I! They promised us delivery only takes 2 days and the pram would be safely stored in the warehouse. Fast forward to now, I rang to book in delivery but I couldn’t be promised delivery in that 2 day time slot so we actually waited 10 days to then only receive half of the pram on the day. I rang the shop and was told twice that it was a split delivery with DPD and someone would ring me back asap. Lie number 1. I then had to chase two further times the following day, never had a single call back and still they basically said ‘it’s weekend, it’s tough we will let you know Monday’. I explained that I’ve had complications and we booked the pram as we need it asap but was ignored. Turns out I was rushed into hospital the following day so my Dad took over conversations with the shop who again promised a call back numerous times over a further 2 more days, yet never got one. They told him we could have the pram ‘if they were one up on stock check’ as if it was our problem that them or DPD had misplaced it. After another 24 hours of chasing, they agreed for him to collect the missing parts from the warehouse directly as it had miraculously been returned via DPD after 5 days and agreed to discount a cost for an isofix base for the troubles - although it wouldn’t be back in stock for 3 weeks so we had to pay now and collect in 3 weeks time. Of course I was dubious after everything else so we looked online and found that it was in stock with this company for delivery in 24 hours. Upon speaking to whoever handed over the pram in the warehouse, they confirmed that it would likely have been dispatched the following day direct from the supplier - more lies! Don’t get me wrong, some of the girls in store were lovely and super helpful but don’t let that fool you because the aftersales and customer service is absolutely shocking. Mistakes happen but to be blatantly lied to day in day out after spending good money with them is just insulting and definitely not the stress you need when your about to give birth!

This company is an absolute joke... do not buy from here! Placed my order for a pram on 7th July, website said the pram was in stock and would be delivered the next day 8th July - no tracking info received, so I called to see what was happening, was told the liner wasn't in stock, but the pram itself was, and if I liked they could dispatch the pram and the liner would follow later, so I said yes that would be great 9th July - no tracking info recieved, so I called again, this time was told there was a problem with stock in the warehouse and they would give me a call back 10th July - no call back, so I called again, was told the pram wasn't in stock and the lady said she would need to speak to the buying team to find out when more stock was expected and call back 13th July - no call back, so I called again, and was told more stock not expected until 31st July 3rd August - no tracking info, so called up, was told the pram was in stock, but not the liner, I said I'd already previously asked for the pram to be delivered and the liner to follow, so was told, yes that will be dispatched straight away 4th August - no tracking info, so called again, lady offered no explanation for why it wasn't dispatched, but said it would be dispatched today .... I'm not holding my breath.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣 by the time I get this pram my son will have outgrown it 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Recieved car chair from this company, after a week it became faulty with the button not allowing the straps the loosen. Had a right nightmare with customer service to get this company to arrange for it to be collected and returned for a refund. After waiting two weeks for this to be resolved I ended up reporting this company to trading standards which then they gave me a full refund. Would AVOID this company and shop else where. Disgusting customer service.

I have asked them to e.mail me back over four times about a refund and guess what still nothing, thay say thay repil within 24 hours no way its a joke i will never buy anything from here again if that how thay treat people good luck if you buy anything from them.

I never received my order and after 2 weeks, Pramworld has still not sorted it out or contacted me for an update despite me having called several times!!

Ordered a maxi cosi pebble car seat which was due for next day delivery. As per the reviews on facebook, low and behold, I received a text to say the order had been delayed. Contacted Pramworld and asked for the order to be cancelled and an immediate refund. Then, the stories and excuses began. Beware of this company, the manager Nicola, had the audacity to lie and tell me that she had contacted the delivery company to confirm it was out for delivery. Do not order from this company if you do not want to be left out of pocket!!!!! Take your custom elsewhere
