“We visited today 8/2/25 to look at next stage car seats for our one year old. We had a basic idea of what we wanted but really needed some help. We were immediately helped by Jayde who was absolutely fantastic, she was knowledgable, professional and provided a really brilliant service. We came away really informed and happy with our choice of car seat. She discussed the pros and cons of so many different seats and was able to answer every single question we had. Jayde was fantastic today and an absolute credit to your team. Thankyou!”

“Really happy with the extensive knowledge of ERF car seats. I had a tricky situation needing to fit three seats side by side in the back of my car. Nothing was too much trouble, we spent an hour appointment getting the right fit, I really appreciated the time the girls took and the information received, my husband was doubting why we needed a rear facing seat for our 4 year old, but is now enlightened. Fabulous. Free delivery and they install the car seats with a 2 year warranty that gives you the aftercare and peace of mind you need with something as important as a car seat! Visit the store and see for yourself, you are highly recommended”

“Great store, helpful staff. They stored my pram until i was ready and it was free delivery. i had an issue when building the pram and took it into store, the girls were fantastic at getting me sorted, and checked my carseat was correctly installed, i wouldnt shop anywhere else for pram essentials, they are amazing”

“I never usually write reviews. But I could not be any happier with my purchase!! I was a little sceptical at how good the price was, but I ordered a Bugaboo Cameleon 3 and it arrived a lot earlier than expected. I also had a query and emailed the team and they were very prompt in responding. Highly recommend!!!”

“Ordered two Cybex Solution M-Fix SL car seats from Winstanleys Pramworld. They price-matched another web retailer, even though that retailer were estimating 4-6 weeks for stock to arrive. So I got the seats 2 days after ordering from Winstanleys, for an excellent price. Delighted with the service from Winstanleys and equally delighted with the Cybex seats. Delivery communication by DPD was also excellent, as always, from DPD.”
